12-Week Flexibility Course

Embark on a transformative journey with our extensive program, offering over 40 hours of personalised stretching in both 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 ( in a small group formats). We target all major and minor muscle groups, including the back, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, hamstrings, calves, neck, as well as fingers, wrists, forearms, soles and toes. The goal? To rejuvenate your flexibility and mobility, bringing back a youthful range of motion. This coaching program spans two sets of 12-week courses. In the first 12-week course, we focus on rebuilding the basic blocks of flexibility, and in the second 12-week course, we progress to advanced ranges of motion, ensuring holistic coverage of your entire body.

Elite Fitness Coaching
Our comprehensive performance coaching program encompasses all crucial elements of fitness. It begins by focusing on the development of complete body flexibility, utilising our '24 ranges of motion' chart. In conjunction with flexibility training, we integrate nutrition and mental coaching to fortify the immune system and optimise peak performance. After achieving complete body flexibility, we progress to our advanced training methods encompassing strength, cardio, and conditioning, all while prioritising injury prevention. Our core focus is on achieving peak performance without constraints or limitations and maintaining continuous growth.
